How They’re Made

To get a mouthguard that’s truly fitted well enough to stay in place when it matters most, you’ll need to have an impression taken by a dentist. We use the mould to create a replica of your mouth and then shrink melted material over the model until it hardens. If we’re making one for a young child whose mouth is still growing, it will need to be replaced each season. Otherwise, your mouthguard is good to wear for years!
